It’s the go-to spot of most people going to Sephora in Brooklyn and because a school is nearby you must fight through teenagers to even get to the door. When I went the store wasn’t well maintained the side slats that are supposed to hold the make up testing applicators were broken off, not filled or not even built in. Also, this location doesn’t carry Bobbi Brown which you think for such a busy spot it would. The testers were missing or dried out. There were fenty beauty ambassadors who just huddled together to talk to one another on the floor instead of seeking out to help some women. I met one of the most patient and helpful women there named Natasha and it seems she was the only one split between aiding most of the women coming in. However it wasn’t her hired store so I don’t think you’ll find her there. Overall I do not recommend going to this location.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with a woman named Natasha. Natasha was absolutely brilliant, funny and knowledgeable. I have been wearing cheap makeup for so long that I didn’t know what I was doing. Natasha had EXTREME patience with me. I think we tried on almost everything in the store and she just kept going until we found the right shade, makeup and price range for me. It was more than I wanted to pay but with her help and how she explains the “backstory” of the brand, I would have purchased anything from her… She gave me skin care tips (adult acne) and invited me back to get a skin care regimen from her. She is the true definition of customer service and making sure her customer is happy. Great job Sephora! Protect her at all cost. lol I am very happy with the final choice. Thank you again Natasha.

Horrible full make up experience on October 17th. Took my mom, her make up was done by Earth Angle. When I spoke up about how off the color was, the make up artist stormed off, complained to her supervisor because I comment on the gray undertone the make up gave on my mom’s skin. Apparently she was offended, the supervisor said she would assist and I offered to step aside. They finished, my mom wanted to be polite but it looked ridiculous and I can’t believe they wanted to act like it didn’t. Ruined her birthday photos. This the Joralemon location. Few days later we went to the Atlantic Mall location and got WAY better service. Plus make up that matched my mom’s skin tone. My mom is dark brown and so was her make up artist. This person doesn’t know what they’re doing and the supervisor should have stepped in. When I tried to find the right skin tone on my own, no other clerk or the supervisor would help. Super disappointed, that was my mom’s first Sephora visit and she always wanted to go.

Ever since I began my makeup journey, I’ve had a hard time finding the right foundation shade. I went in to try once again and finally succeeded. The customer service at this location was outstanding. They really took the time to explore various brands in an effort to find my correct shade, which was no easy task. After trying close to six brands without a real match, I decided to invest in a beauty session. Surprisingly, it was much more affordable than I expected. I had an amazing experience with Tyneyah, who is not only a talented makeup artist but also an aesthetician. She expertly helped me with skin prep and found the perfect foundation match, while also teaching me the correct application techniques. I walked out feeling beautiful, and the techniques she taught me kept my makeup lasting all day without any shine. It was truly a wonderful experience!

I don't leave reviews at all lmaoo. I just had to say a woman named Tania I believe, I may be butchering the girl name, but I know it starts with a T. She was literally the best help. As someone who is now getting into makeup and also unsure about my shade, undertones and the products I should be using etc... she got me righttt! She was so patient and helpful, making sure she got my exact shades in skin tints, concealers, answering any of my questions thoroughly and in detail, it was just so refreshing since I feel like sales associates nowadays just sell you stuff to get a sale. Tania was making sure I, the customer, was satisfied with the products she recommended, not rushing me or getting annoyed. I really appreciated that for real. Would definitely recommend coming here !!
